The #1 personal goal of people in the United States is to lose weight. It’s not to make more money, nor find the love of your life. It’s to lose weight. 93% of people’s calories come from processed foods and animal foods. There is a connection here, or I guess I should say a disconnect.
You can’t outrun your fork. All the exercise in the World won’t correct a bad diet. The word “food” should not even be attached to the term “processed foods,” for they are chemicals, and not food.
A whole foods plant-based diet will save your life. Put down the bags, boxes, cans, jars and packages of processed “food.” Forget the animal foods. Eat more veggies, fruits, beans and grains. You only get one chance at this thing called life. Rock it!
